Totally recommend for a quick layover
Clean room, strong shower, with a beautiful view of the city that made our stay feel special as it was centrally located yet quiet, allowing easy access to explore the area on foot.
Couldn’t fault.

We had an incredible night in the Deluxe King Room, enjoying the spaciousness and the luxurious bathroom. The spa treatments and the indoor pool really helped us unwind and relax. The only hiccup was the breakfast rush, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

Staying with my five adult kids was a blast! The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with delicious options that kept everyone happy. Plus, the amazing location allowed us to explore the city easily, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful.
In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could use some attention.

Consider requesting extra coffee sachets daily as only two are provided, which may not be adequate for coffee lovers.

This was just a suitable option for a trip in Melbourne, great for the money. The club room had an outstanding city view. Be ready for some slow service at check-in and out.

Perfect for groups who want luxury
The bathroom was beautiful, really elegant with marble everywhere. The buffet breakfast was amazing, lots of variety and something new and yummy each time we went.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still quite acceptable for what we got.

comfortable stay but could improve on service
The room provided a pleasant atmosphere, highlighted by its cleanliness and the soft, fluffy bed that enhanced my rest. The area around the hotel was delightful, offering ample opportunities for exploration.
The service did not quite meet my expectations in terms of attentiveness.

The spacious Deluxe King Room provided a comfortable stay with soft lighting and block-out curtains for a great night's sleep. Housekeeping was attentive, addressing any requests promptly. The location allows for easy city exploration, though the dining options at the hotel felt overpriced and underwhelming. Iconic sandwiches available nearby were a hit for lunch, making it an enjoyable stay despite some dining drawbacks.
